I used to have a big "Week At a Glance" calendar that I would take a picture of and post it on Saturdays. I'll have to make a template and start doing that again. Note: this was not a "typical" week since I spent the first half of it home sick and am still not fully recovered. I only ran 2 days :(

As you can see, this was certainly not a stellar week, either with food or running. That frozen yogurt was a great comfort food, but I'm so glad it's gone! I also didn't keep track of all my coffee, which I'm sure could have filled an olympic-sized pool ;)
