I never got around to posting last night, sorry. It also dawned on me that I don't need to post those summary photos every day since you can see them by clicking on the Food/Fitness Tracker page, and then follow the link there.
Today's workout was a 3.5 mile run, doing 1:30/:30 intervals of 6.5mph/4mph (plus warm-up and cool-down). I didn't take my Acidopholus over the weekend or this morning, and I could definitely tell as soon as I got about a half-mile into my run. I'll spare you the TMI details, but oh my, does my tummy hurt :(
I came home from work, had my monster salad, and took Lucy for her walk. Now I'm going to jump in the shower and then hit the hay. Have a good night!

Today must of been salad day:/ Sometime...could you post about how Acidopholus helps tummy pain. My wife has tummy problems that lead to other problems - thanks!
Hi Marc! Every day is salad day :) I'm really not sure how the Acidopholus works, but it does! I've had tummy/GI issues for many many years. I've had upper and lower GIs and colonoscopies and none of my doctors could ever give me a straight answer whether I had IBS, Celiac, etc. The only thing I knew was that my tests came back "abnormal." I blame myself though, because I despise going to the doctor and so I was horrible at following up on anything. My new doctor recommended the Acidopholus. It's over the counter stuff. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast and haven't had any tummy issues since I started taking them. I think it's been about 2 weeks now. Well, until today but that's because I left them in my office at work over the weekend and forgot to take them this morning. My stomach issues always seem to get worse as soon as I start running. Anyways, sorry about the novel here. I am curious about your wife's stomach issues though- maybe you could email me? veglegs @ gmail dot com.
That is one of my favorite graphics. :)
