New challenge starts tomorrow! And I ran today!

Starting tomorrow I'll be taking a picture of everything that goes into my mouth, BEFORE it goes in :) I created an Instagram account just for the challenge, so you can click on the little camera icon over there --> or go to my Food Photo Challenge page. If anyone wants to add me on Instagram my name is veglegs. And if anyone else wants in on the challenge, go to Allan's page!

Today at the gym I did 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer. That thing is a great workout! When I was done I still had a few minutes before I had to get back to work, so I jumped on the treadmill and ran for 2 whole pain-free minutes! I'm still gonna give it a few more days, but I'm definitely on the mend!

That's about it for today :)

Good luck on your new challenge. There are several people I read who are joining you. It might be fun. :)

Thanks Caron :) You should join in also!

That arc trainer is a great workout - and I love that I can get on there for 30 minutes and complete so many more miles than if I tried to run (slow as a turtle).

The food pics should be interesting:) P.S. thanks for informing me about what hummus is.

Hi Laura! Great! I'd love to see what you eat anyhow. I'm a tech-lazy person so I'm just food journaling along in a notebook with you guys.

@Suzy: I haven't figured out yet what all the stats are on that machine, but I do really like the workout it gives!

@Marc: I don't know about interesting- I pretty much eat the same stuff all the time. Maybe interesting for the first day or two, but then lots of repetition :)

@Marion: Well then, you'll have to post pics of your food journal every few day! ;)

i do! I live near you! Haha! Small world, eh?

Good luck on the challenge! I'm petrified to sneak one of Coco's crackers because I'm too lazy to take a pic of it and post it AND, if I do that, I could get bashed. This challenge requires more discipline than I expected! LOL!

That's so cool! Maybe we can hit up Tyler State Park sometime :)

I hear you on the challenge. I just passed up a garlic knot so I don't get any grief on the first day! Lol!

No arc trainer around here, but we have some neighborhood hills and usually go out for a good brisk walk nearly every night for about 40-50 minutes. I guess that'll have to do for now.

It's great meeting everyone who's in on the challenge. See you (or your food, lol) around!
